At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Tran Quang Huy announced Decision No. 3166/QD-BCT dated October 24 on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Ta Hoang Linh - Director of the Department of Foreign Market Development to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee for International Economic Integration. Mr. Ta Hoang Linh is entitled to a leadership position allowance with a coefficient of 1.0.

At the same time, according to Decision No. 3168/QD-BCT dated October 24, 2025, the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Market Development was assigned to Mr. Do Quoc Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Market Development. Mr. Do Quoc Hung is entitled to a leadership position allowance with a coefficient of 1.0.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien emphasized that both units, the Department of Foreign Market Development and the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee for International Economic Integration, have an important position in implementing the tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The personnel adjustment is the result of a careful review process by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry's leaders, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the tasks in the new period.

According to the Minister, the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ta Hoang Linh to the position of Chief of Office of the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee for International Economic Integration and the assignment of Mr. Do Quoc Hung to act as Director of the Foreign Market Department is a suitable plan in many aspects.

In the current context, market work, especially foreign markets, continues to play a key role in economic growth and the integration process. “The foreign economic sector will continue to play a particularly important role. These two units will be an important force contributing to helping the Ministry complete its assigned tasks,” the Minister emphasized.

The Minister expressed his hope that the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the two units would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and close coordination, creating conditions for the two newly assigned comrades to successfully fulfill their duties and tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
