On November 5, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong held a conference to promote and train to improve the quality of Hai Phong culinary tourism products in 2025.
The conference aims to support and guide street food business owners and related units in the city to improve sales skills and behavior culture in serving tourists, promote the application of information technology in business activities; improve the quality of Hai Phong Foodtour tourism products, make Foodtour one of the attractive tourism products of the locality and aim to build the brand "Hai Phong - culinary city".

Delegates participating in the training are civil servants in charge of managing the cultural and social fields, along with many organizations and individuals doing business in delicious dishes, street food, tourist gifts, local specialties and travel and transportation businesses in the wards of Hong Bang, Hong An, Le Chan, An Bien, Ngo Quyen, Gia Vien, Hai An, Dong Hai, Kien An, Phu Lien, An Duong, An Hai, An Phong, Thuy Nguyen, Thanh Dong, Hai Duong, Le Thanh Nghi, Tan Hung, Thach Khoi, Viet Hoa.
Promoting the unique value of the city's delicious cuisine, in recent years, Hai Phong has cooperated with units and businesses to develop the "Foodtour" tourism type - making cuisine an attractive tourism product. The Hai Phong culinary map was released, introducing a series of delicious dishes and addresses of famous restaurants, helping tourists easily experience the typical flavors of the port city's cuisine. Foodtour has quickly become a unique tourism product, developing the community, contributing to promoting the image of Hai Phong to friends at home and abroad. After merging with Hai Duong, the Hai Phong culinary map not only retains its characteristics but also becomes richer thanks to the presence of new land specialties such as cha ruoi, vermicelli with perch, banh cuon, banh duc dau, banh dau xanh, banh gai...

Over the years, Hai Phong cuisine has shone on the Vietnamese tourism map as a highlight, creating a new and attractive feature for the coastal land rich in cultural traditions, not only famous for its long history but also known as a convergence of rich culinary culture, imbued with identity.
