The highest rate of integrating health insurance card information (Electronic Health Book) into the VNelD application is in the following communes and wards: Binh An, reaching 51.48%; Chiem Hoa reaching 49.98%; Vi Xuyen reaching 48.60%; Minh Xuan ward reaching 47.76%; Nong Tien reaching 46.69%. The lowest rate is in Duong Thuong commune, reaching only 3.96%; Khau Vai reaching 5.16%; Son Vi reaching 5.39%; Du Gia reaching 6.31%; Sung Mang reaching 9.29%...

Faced with the above reality, the Working Group implementing Project 06; administrative procedure reform, digital transformation associated with Project 06 of the province requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to strengthen dissemination, direction, and mobilization of sectors, forces, and organizations to coordinate and participate in synchronously implementing tasks to promote the development of digital citizens in the area, especially in some areas with low rates of level 2 electronic identification accounts and low rates of integrating health insurance card information into the VNelD application.
