Accordingly, in just the first four months of operating the two-level government model (from July 1 to October 28), the administrative system nationwide received and processed more than 14.5 million administrative procedure records, of which 83.4% (more than 12.1 million records) were done online.

This number increased by nearly 2.9 million records compared to the previous period, reflecting shortened processes and significantly improved service efficiency for people and businesses.
