Tan Hop launches the campaign "Weekend with the people, dedicated service, on-site solution"

The campaign “Weekend with the people, dedicated service, on-site resolution” was deployed by the People's Committee of Tan Hop commune from November 1 to December 15, 2025, working at 14/14 village cultural houses across the commune. This is a great effort by the local government to reduce time, costs and create maximum convenience for the people.

The campaign is a breakthrough solution, bringing public services and administrative reform (AR) closer to the people; helping convenient public services, especially online public services, reach people in remote areas, and ethnic minority areas. Thereby, contributing to building a professional and modern service government right from the grassroots.

Tan Hop Commune set specific goals: by the end of the campaign, 70% of people will come to the village cultural house to receive instructions on submitting administrative procedures; 80% of people will use VNeID level 2 to carry out administrative procedures; 60% of people will make online payments...

People are guided to carry out administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.

To achieve the above goals, Tan Hop commune has issued a scope of administrative procedure settlement covering essential areas such as: Birth registration, marriage registration, death registration, certification of documents; important administrative procedures related to land (change of purpose, new issuance, correction of land use right certificates); business registration; health insurance, social insurance, pension and social protection regimes; residence procedures (permanent residence registration, temporary residence, household separation) and especially support for activating and retrieving VNeID account passwords.

On the very first day of implementation at the Na Hau Village Cultural House, the working atmosphere was urgent and effective. In the morning, 6 couples in Na Hau Village were awarded marriage registration certificates by the local authorities (photo above).

In addition, the commune also coordinates with relevant agencies and units to organize legal propaganda, provide consultation, and support people to equip themselves with basic digital skills, open online payment accounts, etc.
