Within the framework of the program, the Ward People's Committee and Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment signed a cooperation agreement to implement the work of building a two-level local government.

On this occasion, the ward also launched volunteer teams: implementing the "Digital Education for the People" program; collecting data, digitizing archives; guiding people to perform online public services; propagating "SOS Security and Order" and general environmental sanitation, garbage collection.

In particular, the ward established a Community Digital Technology Team in 60 neighborhoods to promote and guide people to access and use digital utility services such as: online public services, electronic payments, applications on mobile devices (Digital Citizen, Security and Order SOS...).


At the program, Secretary of Phu Tho Hoa Ward Party Committee Pham Hung Quoc Bao suggested that it is necessary to promote the role of the implementation team, in which the Community Digital Technology Team is the core, combining political and social organizations, schools, businesses, and religious establishments to bring digital knowledge to each person and household.
Along with that, the "Digital Literacy for All" movement needs to be linked with key local programs such as: administrative reform, building smart cities, ensuring security and order, protecting the environment and lifelong learning in the community.

After the ceremony, the teams took off to carry out many activities such as: guiding people at the Ward Public Administration Service Center; implementing the program "Digital Education for the People" and "SOS Security and Order" in Ward 52; general environmental sanitation, garbage collection...

At the ward office, Mr. Le Quang Huy, Secretary of Ward 52 Youth Union, enthusiastically guided people on how to use digital transformation applications. He shared: “We want to bring our youth and enthusiasm to help people, especially the elderly, gradually get used to technology.”
After being given detailed instructions, Ms. Vo Thi Lieu said: “Previously, using applications was quite difficult for me. Now I know how to look up, register and pay online more easily.”
