According to Mr. Huynh Tan, the floods in the area are complicated, while the Tra Cong mountain area has a very high risk of landslides and rolling rocks. In the immediate future, the commune will mobilize people to evacuate and arrange to stay with relatives and neighboring households; in case of prolonged heavy rain, they will organize to move to a safe area that has been prepared...

Mr. Tan emphasized that ensuring people's safety and lives is paramount. "At all costs, we will evacuate and take all people out of the danger zone tonight," Mr. Tan said.
On the same day, heavy rain caused many cliffs in An Hoa commune to erode, some sections of the road to An Toan commune collapsed, leaving gaps, but travel was still basically guaranteed.

On the evening of October 29, a leader of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Gia Lai province said that heavy rains that have lasted for many days have caused landslides in some areas in the area. In particular, the road to the OPY 500kV Station (belonging to the Ia Ly Hydropower Plant, Ia Ly commune) and the road to La Vuong (Hoai Nhon Bac ward) have been eroded.

Faced with the above situation, local authorities have organized the evacuation of people from the dangerous area. In Ia Ly commune, 6 households (23 people) living near the entrance to the OPY 500kV Station have been relocated to a safe place.

In De Gi commune (Gia Lai), the authorities are deployed in the Ganh mountain area to notify households living near the foot of the mountain to proactively evacuate and ensure safety during floods. Accordingly, the locality will urgently evacuate 15 households (51 people) in the Ganh mountain area (section of Duc Pho 1 village, De Gi commune) to a safe place.
