Implementing the Da Nang Youth Development Program for the period 2025 - 2030

DNO - The City People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 143/KH-UNND on implementing the Youth Development Program of Da Nang City for the period 2025 - 2030.

The plan aims to form a generation of Da Nang youth who are patriotic, have the will to rise up, courage, discipline and aspiration to contribute; have knowledge, ethics, health, professional skills and creativity, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the city.

The city strives that by 2030, 100% of young people in the armed forces, cadres, civil servants and public employees will be educated and learn about the law; 85% of young people will have high school qualifications.

At least 7,000 young people are employed each year; the urban youth unemployment rate is below 7%; over 70% of young people are equipped with knowledge and skills on reproductive health, mental health and prevention of social evils.

To achieve the set goals, the city focuses on strengthening the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, ensuring that youth development work is carried out synchronously, linking the responsibility of leaders with the implementation results at each agency, unit and locality.

Strengthening propaganda and dissemination of policies and laws in various forms, suitable for each target group; focusing on educating young people on ideals, ethics, lifestyle, legal awareness and civic responsibility.

In particular, increase the provision of services and activities to support young people in employment, entrepreneurship, career counseling, vocational training, health care, culture and sports ; at the same time, pay attention to young workers, young people in ethnic minority areas, mountainous areas and areas with special difficulties.

Socialize and mobilize resources for youth development, encourage businesses, organizations and individuals to invest in vocational education, create jobs and build cultural and sports institutions to serve the youth.

Promote the role of the Front, unions and social organizations in propaganda, education, supervision and policy criticism; commend and promote exemplary youth; strengthen international cooperation on youth, expand exchanges and experiences and take advantage of support resources from international organizations.
