Hoa Phat Group completed 78% of the year's profit plan after 9 months

In the third quarter of 2025, Hoa Phat Group recorded VND 36,794 billion in revenue and VND 4,012 billion in profit after tax, up 7% and 33% respectively over the same period in 2024. In the first 9 months, the Group achieved VND 111,031 billion in revenue, up 5% and VND 11,626 billion in profit after tax, up 26% over the same period last year. The entire Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Iron and Steel Complex project in Quang Ngai province has been completed.

After 9 months, Hoa Phat Group recorded 11,626 billion VND in profit after tax, up 26% over the same period last year.

In 2025, Hoa Phat plans to achieve VND170,000 billion in revenue and VND15,000 billion in profit after tax. With the above results, the Group has completed 65% of revenue and 78% of profit after tax after 9 months. The steel group and related products are the main contributors to the business results with 93% of revenue and 83% of profit after tax.

In the third quarter of 2025, Hoa Phat Group produced 2.8 million tons of crude steel, up 14% compared to the second quarter and up 35% compared to the same period in 2024. Sales volume of hot-rolled coil (HRC), construction steel, high-quality steel and steel billets reached 2.5 million tons, down 4% compared to the previous quarter and up 21% compared to the same period in 2024.

In the first 9 months of 2025, Hoa Phat Group produced 7.9 million tons of crude steel, an increase of 23% compared to the first 9 months of 2024. Sales of HRC, construction steel, high-quality steel and steel billets reached 7.4 million tons, an increase of 22% over the same period last year.

Hoa Phat focuses on developing high-quality steel products to serve the mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, oil and gas, household appliances, steel structures, and energy industries. The Group is also vigorously implementing the project of the Steel Rail and Profile Steel Factory in Dung Quat according to plan. The factory is expected to produce steel rail products in 2027, serving key railway projects in Vietnam and exporting to international markets.

Hoa Phat Group is the largest steel producer in Southeast Asia, equivalent to the Top 30 largest steel enterprises in the world . From 2026, Hoa Phat's steel production capacity will reach 16 million tons/year, mainly HRC steel, high-quality steel, contributing to fully meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
