Training a team of cadres close to the people, proactively serving the people

On October 28-29, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Do Van Chien, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, attended and spoke at the congress.

With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province, term 2025 - 2030, sets out the requirement to enhance the core political role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; innovate the content and methods of operation; promote democracy and the strength of great national unity, contributing to building Bac Ninh province into a city directly under the Central Government before 2030.

The Congress announced and launched the new term of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province; and consulted to elect a delegation to attend the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, was consulted to hold the position of Chairwoman of the new term of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Speaking at the congress, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien acknowledged and commended the remarkable results that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province has achieved in recent times, as well as the fact that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province has performed well its key tasks.

In which, continue to promote the spirit of great national unity, build the country to be more and more prosperous and happy. Thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoint and policy, the people are the root, the people are the center, the subject, the goal and the driving force of innovation.

Gathering and uniting workers, farmers, youth, intellectuals, women, veterans, former police officers, businessmen, ethnic minorities, religious people, and Bac Ninh people living outside the province to contribute their intelligence and efforts to build a rich, civilized, modern, and unique Bac Ninh province, striving to turn Bac Ninh into a city directly under the Central Government before 2030. By 2045, it will be a green, civilized, and modern city.

Strengthening historical education , fostering pride, spirit of progress, patriotism and solidarity among all classes of people in Bac Ninh province. Strongly promoting democracy and social consensus, firmly consolidating people's trust in Party committees, the Party and the government at all levels, promoting patriotic emulation movements, building a united, prosperous and happy residential area.

Improve the quality of supervision and social criticism, actively participate in Party building, building a clean and strong government and political system.

Proactively propose and coordinate to solve complex problems arising in practice, organize social dialogues, organize months to listen to people's voices, actively participate in preventing corruption, waste and negativity. Coordinate to monitor the activities of the government, party members and leaders, ensuring publicity, transparency and effectiveness.

Promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns among all classes of people, focusing on mobilizing the entire population to unite in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, the movement of the whole country joining hands for the poor, leaving no one behind, the movement of Vietnamese people giving priority to using Vietnamese goods, the movement of Universal Digital Education, the movement of the whole country joining hands and joining hands to build a synchronous and modern infrastructure.

Actively innovate the content and methods of operation of the Front, focus on training, fostering, and training a team of cadres with mettle, professional expertise, close to the people, proactively serving the people, especially the team of commune-level cadres. Effectively implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Applying digital technology in all activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, especially in grasping the people's aspirations, conveying the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to the people. Through digital technology, refuting bad and toxic information from hostile forces.

Chairman Do Van Chien also pointed out a very important task that the Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province needs to carry out well right from the beginning of the term, which is to participate in organizing the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term according to the functions and tasks of the Front as prescribed by law, selecting people with enough virtue, talent, and ability to shoulder the task of representing the people; organizing a safe and economical election, truly a great festival for all people.
