During the day, due to the large amount of water flowing from the upstream of Tra Bong River, many areas in Binh Minh Commune were deeply flooded, some villages such as Tan Phuoc, Tan Phuoc Dong, My Long An , My Long Tay and Loc Thanh were isolated. The local authorities urgently organized the evacuation of 19 households with 54 people to safe places and interspersed evacuation of 345 households with more than 1,000 people. On-site forces supported essential necessities for households, helping people overcome difficult times, safely avoiding flooding until the water receded and returning home.
