Resolution No. 101/2025/UBTVQH15 of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly details and guides the organization of voters' conferences; the introduction of candidates for People's Council deputies at the commune level in villages and residential groups; the consultation, introduction of candidates, and the preparation of lists of candidates for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies in by-elections.
