Joy from the resolution with the breath of the highlands
The Resolution of this Provincial Party Congress sets the target of raising the average income to over 8 million VND/person/month by 2030 and striving for 95% of communes to meet new rural standards.
What people expect most is that these policies will soon be implemented in life through livelihood support programs, development of suitable crops and livestock, and investment in essential infrastructure in highland villages and hamlets.
The good news is that the Resolution has clearly identified the priority of developing transport, electricity and telecommunications infrastructure for remote areas. This is the “key” to opening the way for socio -economic development in mountainous areas.

The resolution clearly defines the goal that by 2030, Thai Nguyen province will become a modern industrial center with high average income; the poverty rate will decrease by 1-1.5% each year; 95% of communes will meet new rural standards; 100% of particularly disadvantaged communes will have boarding or semi-boarding schools for ethnic minorities...
These indicators show the province's special attention to ethnic minority areas, where there are many difficulties but also much potential.
In particular, the Resolution emphasizes investment in infrastructure and inter-regional transport routes, and we are very excited. If in the near future there is investment, upgrading, and expansion of travel and easier exchange of goods, the lives of people in the highlands will certainly improve.

Education, healthcare, and sustainable poverty reduction are issues of particular concern to the highland people. The new point of the resolution is to pay specific attention to human resource development in ethnic minority areas. Expanding the system of boarding and semi-boarding schools for ethnic minorities and increasing investment in educational facilities in mountainous areas is very necessary.
If we want the highlands to develop, we must first develop education and training to improve people's knowledge and create a source of local cadres for the future.
I believe that, with the right orientation of the province, the learning path of ethnic minority children in the highlands will be more open, contributing to creating a fundamental change in the quality of human resources in the mountainous areas in the coming period.
Consensus, solidarity, determination to bring the resolution into life

The Resolution of the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 is not only a direction for action for the entire term, but is also considered by the people as a new belief and motivation. In particular, the focus on building a clean and strong Party; developing a green economy, a circular economy; protecting the environment and preserving national cultural identity has received high consensus from the people.
We, the highland people, always have faith in the Party. We believe that with practical and realistic solutions as in the Resolution, people's lives will become increasingly better. We are ready and always accompany the Party Committee and the government in the process of implementing the Resolution into practice.
With faith, expectation and solidarity, ethnic minorities in Thai Nguyen are looking towards a new future of sustainable development, rich in identity, civilization and prosperity.
