Joy from the resolution that breathes the spirit of the highlands.
The resolution of this Provincial Party Congress sets the goal of raising the average income to over 8 million VND/person/month by 2030 and striving for 95% of communes to meet the standards of new rural areas.
What the people most expect is that these policies will soon be translated into reality through livelihood support programs, the development of suitable crops and livestock, and investment in essential infrastructure in highland villages and hamlets.
Fortunately, the Resolution has clearly identified priorities for developing transportation, electricity, and telecommunications infrastructure in remote and mountainous areas. This is the "key" to paving the way for socio -economic development in these regions.
Expectations for improved transportation infrastructure.

The resolution clearly defines the goals for 2030: Thai Nguyen province will become a modern industrial center with a high-middle income; the poverty rate will decrease by 1-1.5% annually; 95% of communes will meet the standards of new rural areas; and 100% of particularly disadvantaged communes will have ethnic boarding or semi-boarding schools...
These indicators demonstrate the province's special attention to ethnic minority areas, which still face many difficulties but also possess great potential.
In particular, the Resolution emphasizes investment in infrastructure and inter-regional connecting roads, which our people are very excited about. If these roads are invested in, upgraded, and expanded in the future, making travel and trade easier, the lives of people in the highlands will certainly improve.
Trust in education and welfare policies for ethnic minority communities.

Education, healthcare, and sustainable poverty reduction are issues of particular concern to people in mountainous regions. A new aspect of the resolution is the specific attention given to developing human resources in ethnic minority areas. Expanding the system of ethnic boarding and semi-boarding schools and increasing investment in educational infrastructure in mountainous regions is essential.
For mountainous regions to develop, education and training must be developed first to raise the intellectual level of the people and, in the future, create a source of local cadres for the grassroots.
I believe that, with the right direction from the province, the educational opportunities for children of ethnic minorities in the highlands will be more open, contributing to a fundamental transformation in the quality of human resources in mountainous areas in the coming period.
Consensus, unity, and determination to put the resolution into practice.

The Resolution of the First Congress of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, not only provides direction for action throughout the term but is also seen by the people as a source of new confidence and motivation. In particular, the focus on building a clean and strong Party; developing a green and circular economy; protecting the environment; and preserving national cultural identity has received strong support from the people.
Our people in the highlands have always had unwavering faith in the Party. We believe that with practical and realistic solutions like those outlined in the Resolution, the lives of the people will become increasingly prosperous. The people are ready and willing to cooperate with the Party committees and authorities in implementing the resolution in practice.
With faith, hope, and a spirit of solidarity, the ethnic minority communities in Thai Nguyen are looking towards a new future of sustainable development, rich in identity, civilization, and prosperity.
