According to the report presented at the Conference, following the reorganization, consolidation, and merger, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations at the provincial level have proactively, decisively, and synchronously led and directed the streamlining of organizational structures and preparations for the congress. The reorganized structures are more efficient, reducing intermediate levels, clearly defining responsibilities, and increasing management effectiveness. The application of digital transformation and information technology in work processing, the use of digital signatures, and the standardization of document procedures, forms, reports, and proposals have been given attention and effectively implemented.
Preparations for the congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations at all levels have been carried out seriously, systematically, and on schedule. Coordination between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations has become increasingly close, contributing to strengthening the power of national unity.

At the conference, leaders of the Party committees, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies exchanged views and clarified some contents and proposals from the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations.
The opinions focused on the difficulties in operating the new organizational model; the implementation of some new regulations on decentralization and delegation of power is causing confusion at the local level.

Delegates also raised issues regarding the evaluation of personnel for the congress, shortcomings in the Party organization model of subordinate Party committees under the grassroots Party committee, and proposed supplementing the ranks of cadres, especially young cadres, to create a pool of talent for subsequent stages.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong highly appreciated the results of the activities of the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations at the provincial level after the reorganization and consolidation. He emphasized that the successful organization of the congresses of the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations at the grassroots level has created a vibrant atmosphere of emulation, contributing to the fulfillment of the local political tasks.

The Provincial Party Secretary commended the sense of responsibility and active involvement of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations in relief efforts and the allocation of resources to support the people in overcoming the consequences of Typhoon No. 11.
Acknowledging the opinions and suggestions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its affiliated organizations, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong stated that difficulties will create momentum for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its organizations to innovate their working methods, adapt promptly to practical requirements, especially by promoting digital transformation and strengthening the handling and resolution of work in the online environment.
Regarding future tasks, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations to proactively prepare for the provincial-level congress and immediately implement the resolutions following the congress. He emphasized that the activities of the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations during the 2025-2030 term need to continue to be effective, strengthening unity and gathering the strength of all strata of the people, actively participating in patriotic emulation campaigns and movements. Along with that, it is necessary to promote the role of social supervision and criticism, selecting issues and areas for supervision with a focus on key priorities.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations actively participate in the work of building the Party and government, contributing to the comprehensive implementation of the province's socio -economic development goals; continue to implement the directives of the Central Government and the province on consolidating and reorganizing the organizational structure; and proactively research and implement the policy of merging mass organizations according to Conclusion No. 174-KL/TW dated July 4, 2025, of the Politburo.
Affirming that the provincial leadership always pays attention to and creates favorable conditions for the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations to operate effectively, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that the organization of activities must closely follow the province's work program and plan, aiming to effectively implement the 36 major tasks and goals set forth in the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress.
Regarding specific recommendations, the Provincial Party Secretary instructed the provincial Party committees and the Provincial People's Committee to review and study solutions to create conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations to further enhance their effectiveness in the future.
