Promoting the role of gathering and uniting all classes of people

On the afternoon of October 28, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong chaired a working conference with the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level on the preparation and results of the organization of the Congress of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations at the provincial and grassroots levels; and the operation of the grassroots system after the arrangement, consolidation and merger.

Attending the Conference were comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the People's Committee and representatives of socio- political organizations at the provincial level.

According to the report at the Conference, after the arrangement, consolidation, and merger, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level have been proactive, decisive, and synchronous in leading and directing the consolidation of the organizational apparatus and preparing for the congress. The apparatus of the organizations after the arrangement is streamlined, operates more effectively, reduces intermediate levels, clearly defines responsibilities, and increases management effectiveness. The application of digital transformation and information technology in work processing, the use of digital signatures, standardization of document processes, forms, reports, and submissions has been focused on and effectively promoted.

Preparations for the congresses of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels have been carried out seriously, systematically, and on schedule. Coordination between the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations has become increasingly close, contributing to promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.

At the Conference, leaders of Party committees, the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies discussed and clarified a number of contents and proposals of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Opinions focused on the difficulties in operating the new organizational model; the implementation of some new regulations on decentralization and delegation of power still caused confusion in local implementation.

Delegates also raised issues on personnel appraisal for the congress, shortcomings in the Party organization model of the Party committees of the units under the grassroots Party committees and proposed supplementing the staff, especially young staff, to create resources for the next stages.

Speaking at the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong highly appreciated the performance of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level after the reorganization and consolidation. He emphasized that the successful organization of the congress of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the grassroots level has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to the completion of local political tasks.

The Provincial Party Secretary commended the sense of responsibility and active participation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in relief work and resource allocation to support people in overcoming the consequences of the recent storm No. 11.

Acknowledging the opinions and recommendations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its affiliated organizations, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong said that in the face of difficulties, it will create motivation for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its organizations to innovate their methods of operation, promptly adapt to practical requirements, especially promoting digital transformation, enhancing processing and solving work in the online environment.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to proactively prepare conditions for organizing the provincial congress, and immediately implement the resolution after the congress. He emphasized that the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the 2025-2030 term need to continue to promote efficiency, strengthen solidarity, gather the strength of all classes of people, and actively participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements. Along with that, it is necessary to promote the role of social supervision and criticism, and select issues and areas of supervision with focus and key points.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to actively participate in Party and government building work, contributing together with the political system to comprehensively implement the province's socio -economic development goals; continue to implement the Central and provincial directives on perfecting and rearranging the organizational apparatus; proactively study and implement the policy of merging mass associations according to Conclusion No. 174-KL/TW dated July 4, 2025 of the Politburo.

Affirming that the provincial leaders always pay attention to and create conditions for the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to operate effectively, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that the organization of activities must closely follow the province's work program and plan, aiming to effectively implement 36 major tasks and goals set out in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

Regarding specific recommendations, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committees and the Provincial People's Committee to review and study solutions to create conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to further promote the effectiveness of their operations in the coming time.
