Lieutenant Colonel Le Trung Thanh, Director of Coffee 15 Company Limited, spoke at the ceremony of giving seedlings to poor households in Dak Lak province.

Attending the ceremony to present livestock and supplies to poor and near-poor ethnic minority households in Dak Lak province were representatives of the Steering Committee of the National Target Program of Military Region 5; the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command; the Command of the Krong Buk and Ea Sup Defense Zones; and the Party Committees and authorities of Cuor Dang, Cu Pong and Ea Tul communes.

This is one of the components of the Project "Socio- economic development - Model of soldiers associated with ethnic minority and mountainous areas" under the "National target program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas" by Coffee 15 One Member Co., Ltd. as the representative investor to implement in 2024 and 2025 in Dak Lak province. At the program, Coffee 15 One Member Co., Ltd. handed over materials and breeding animals to 259 households, including 250 households given 250 breeding cows and 9 households given 36 breeding goats, with a total cost of nearly 7 billion VND; of which the state budget accounts for 81.7%, the counterpart capital of Coffee 15 One Member Co., Ltd. and households accounts for 18.3%.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Le Trung Thanh, Director of Coffee 15 Company Limited, emphasized: “The communes of Cuor Dang, Cu Pong and Ea Tul in Dak Lak province are also the locations of the unit. These are communes in difficult areas with a high rate of poor ethnic minority households. In recent years, Coffee 15 Company Limited has mobilized many resources to support the locality in hunger eradication, poverty reduction, new rural construction, strengthening the political system, and ensuring national defense and security. The fact that poor ethnic minority households in Cuor Dang, Cu Pong and Ea Tul communes benefit from incentives from the Project "Socio-economic development - Model of soldiers associated with ethnic minority and mountainous areas" under the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2024 and 2025 demonstrates the attention and care of the Party, State and The army has come to ethnic minority and mountainous areas. With this practical support, poor and near-poor households will be given livestock and supplies in 2024 and 2025 and will have the conditions to escape poverty sustainably.”

It is known that in addition to providing breeds and materials to poor and near-poor ethnic minority households, Coffee 15 Company Limited also sends staff and young volunteer intellectuals to each household to guide them in building barns, planting grass and providing knowledge on livestock raising, creating conditions for people to develop their livestock well.
