Strengthening information and communication about Vietnam Law Day and the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day in 2025

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just sent a document to the Head of the State management advisory agency under the Ministry on strengthening information and communication about Vietnam Law Day and the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day in 2025.

Accordingly, implementing Decision No. 3076/QD-HDPH dated October 18, 2025 of the Central Council for Coordination of Dissemination and Education of Law on promulgating the Plan to organize the Ceremony in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 and Official Dispatch No. 6769/HDPH-PB&TG dated October 24, 2025 of the Central Council for Coordination of Dissemination and Education of Law on strengthening information and communication on Vietnam Law Day and the Ceremony in response to Vietnam Law Day in 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Head of the State management advisory agency under the Ministry to organize the integration of activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 in combination with professional activities suitable to the actual conditions of the agency and unit. At the same time, organize the hanging of banners and slogans to propagate the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025 at the headquarters of agencies and units; proactively select slogans to propagate and disseminate the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2025. The time to hang banners and slogans is from November 1, 2025 to November 15, 2025.

The Directors of the Departments of Press, Radio, Television and Electronic Information direct and orient central and local press and information agencies to strengthen communication about the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2025 and the Ceremony in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2025, especially the purpose, meaning, and slogan in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2025; the context and meaning of organizing the Ceremony to continue spreading the spirit of respect for the Constitution and law, building a culture of law compliance, and innovating the work of building and enforcing laws according to the requirements of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovating the work of building and enforcing laws to meet the requirements of national development in the new era. In particular, prioritize appropriate posting times and locations during the peak period from November 1, 2025 to November 15, 2025, before, during and after the Response Ceremony; promptly reflect the response activities of agencies, units and localities./.
