Training conference to deploy the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook"

On the morning of October 29, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee held a conference to train and deploy the application of "Electronic Party Member Handbook" in the National Assembly Party Committee.

The conference was held in both in-person and online formats at two locations: the headquarters of the National Assembly agencies and the State Audit Office.

Attending the conference were: Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai; Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Vo Thanh Hung; members of the Party Executive Committee of the National Assembly Office, members of the Party Executive Committee of the State Audit; members of grassroots Party Committees, grassroots Party cells, Party cells directly under grassroots Party Committees; officials and civil servants of advisory and support agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee; Party members of Party cells selected by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee for pilot work.

Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai attended the conference.

At the conference, delegates heard a general introduction to the system and instructions for using the "Electronic Party Member Handbook".

The representative of the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, Viettel Group said that, based on Regulation No. 339-QD/TW dated July 10, 2025 of the Secretariat on the use of "Electronic Party Member Handbook"; Plan No. 168-KH/VPTW dated August 21, 2025 of the Central Party Office on deploying the application of "Electronic Party Member Handbook"; Digital transformation project in Party agencies (Decision 204-QD/TW dated November 29, 2024 of the Secretariat), the deployment of the application of "Electronic Party Member Handbook" aims to support Party members in Party activities; provide accurate and timely documents and materials of the Party, State, Party committees and organizations to Party members in studying resolutions and performing Party member tasks.

The "Electronic Party Member Handbook" is also a two-way communication channel between the Party Committee and Party members; contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, direction and quality of activities of Party Committees and Party organizations in a modern and professional direction, completing the goal of national digital transformation. This is also a rich document repository, supporting Party members in studying and researching; expanding features and connecting with other applications, meeting the requirements of Party work in the new period.

The representative of the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, Viettel Group said that the system is installed centrally and uniformly throughout the Party; it can be used anytime, anywhere on two interfaces: website and smartphone application (mobile). The system is integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) to support Party work, with features of converting text to speech; virtual assistant, converting voice to text.
