Based on his practical experience working at the grassroots level, being close to the people, Mr. Le Anh Man, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of Neighborhood 1 Tran Hung Dao (Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province), believes that the current team of officials must constantly learn, improve their skills in applying information technology, and proactively adapt to the requirements of digital transformation.
The 13th Politburo issued Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on "Breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation." Vietnam aims to build a digital government, digital economy, and digital society, with the goal of becoming a digital nation by 2030. Local officials must know how to effectively use digital platforms in management, administration, and interaction with the people. Colonel Tran Van Muoi, former Commander of the Phu Yen (old) Provincial Military Command, is over 80 years old and has been a Party member for nearly 65 years.
