Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee emphasized: Over the years, Lai Chau province has always identified maintaining and developing friendly neighborly relations with Yunnan province as the top priority in the province's foreign policy.
