The sectors with high recruitment demand include: Processing and manufacturing industry accounts for 44.22% of total demand; wholesale, retail and repair of cars and motorbikes 24.48%; transportation, warehousing 7.39%; agriculture , aquaculture 7.27%. Notably, more than 58% of recruitment positions do not require professional qualifications, concentrated in the group of unskilled workers. The common salary ranges from 5 to 15 million VND/month, depending on the industry and qualifications. Nearly 67% of enterprises do not require work experience, reflecting the trend of expanding opportunities for new workers entering the market and enterprises "thirsty" for human resources. At the same time, enterprises recruiting labor are committed to fully implementing the regimes, policies, and welfare for employees; self-organizing training, job guidance, and skills for employees without experience, degrees, or vocational certificates.
Mr. Do Van Duong - Director of Phu Khang Phan Rang Co., Ltd. (Thanh Hai Industrial Park, Bao An Ward) said that after 9 months of operation, the unit realized that Khanh Hoa has all the conditions to expand production. In addition to fully implementing the policies according to regulations, the unit is committed to maintaining salary increases, increasing income for workers every year, ensuring welfare, building a safe working environment...
Recruitment demand increased from 5 to 10%
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan said that, according to the unit's survey, in the fourth quarter, the labor market in the province continued to have many positive changes. The strong recovery of key economic sectors and the connection of labor supply and demand of agencies and units created many new job opportunities. The tourism, service, processing and manufacturing industries and information technology are expected to continue to play a leading role in recruitment needs in the quarter. In addition, policies to support unemployed workers, vocational training and job referrals will be implemented synchronously to help workers stabilize their lives soon and meet the needs of businesses.

According to the survey results, the demand for labor recruitment in the fourth quarter is expected to increase from 5 to 10% compared to the third quarter, focusing on a number of fields such as: Processing and manufacturing industry accounts for 45.98%; trade and repair of cars, motorcycles, motorbikes, and other motor vehicles accounts for 17%; construction 11.65%; transportation and warehousing 5.03%; financial, banking and insurance activities 4.87%; administrative activities and support services 4.26%; agriculture, forestry and fisheries 4.18%; the remaining fields account for 7.02%. At the same time, the forecast demand for labor recruitment with university degrees or higher accounts for about 4.71%; college 5.93%; intermediate 13.03%; primary 5.19%; unskilled labor 71.14%.
However, the labor market still faces a number of challenges such as: Shortage of skilled workers, especially in the high-tech sector; competition to attract human resources between localities; increasing requirements for vocational skills, labor discipline and foreign languages. To meet the demand for human resources in the coming time, the Provincial Employment Service Center will continue to closely coordinate with enterprises, industrial zones and clusters in collecting and updating information on actual recruitment needs; increase the organization of job fairs, especially online and direct job fairs. In addition, effectively implement unemployment insurance policies associated with job counseling, referrals, and vocational training, helping employees quickly return to the market and helping businesses recruit workers.
