Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visits and encourages people in flooded areas

On the afternoon of October 29, after working at the Da Nang City Administrative Center, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha surveyed, visited and encouraged people in flooded areas in Dien Ban Dong Ward and inspected the coastal landslide area in Hoi An Tay Ward (Da Nang City).

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited people's living conditions, shared their difficulties, and encouraged them to try to overcome the damage and stabilize their lives soon after the flood. The Deputy Prime Minister asked localities to closely monitor the flood situation and promptly and proactively respond effectively according to the "4 on-the-spot" motto.

Preliminary statistics show that Dien Ban Dong ward ( Da Nang city) currently has 13 blocks partially and completely flooded, affecting nearly 3,600 households.

Currently, DT608, DH8, DH9, and Pham Nhu Xuong streets passing through the ward are flooded.

Concrete roads in residential areas and blocks were partially flooded, affecting about 60 hectares of vegetables and flowers, and nearly 11,000 poultry and other livestock.

Along with that, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha inspected the coastal erosion situation in Hoi An Tay ward.
