Announcing the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the arrangement of public service units under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism

On the morning of October 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the arrangement of public service units and the Department's decision on personnel work.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented the decision to the Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center; Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Art Theater; Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum - Library.

At the conference, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced Decision No. 3874/QD-UBND dated October 15 of the Provincial People's Committee to reorganize the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center under the Department on the basis of merging the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports School into the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center; Decision No. 3875/QD-UBND dated October 15 of the Provincial People's Committee to reorganize and renamed the Quang Ninh Provincial Art Troupe to the Quang Ninh Provincial Art Theater under the Department; Decision No. 3876/QD-UBND dated October 15 of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum - Library under the Department on the basis of merging the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum, Quang Ninh Provincial Library, Quang Ninh Center for Culture, Information and Tourism Promotion (except for the tasks and organization of the apparatus for implementing tourism promotion).

Deputy Directors of public service units received the decision at the announcement ceremony.

Also at the conference, the representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the Department's decision on personnel work. In particular, the temporary transfer and appointment of comrade Duong Ba Cuong to the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center; comrade Nguyen Dang Khoa to the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Art Theater; comrade Do Quyet Tien to the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Museum - Library.

Heads of professional and technical departments of public service units receive decisions at the announcement ceremony.

At the conference, decisions on the transfer and appointment of deputy directors, heads and deputy heads of professional and technical departments and the transfer of civil servants of public service units under the Department were also announced.

The arrangement of public service units under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism aims to concretize the direction of the Central and the province, closely combining the streamlining of the apparatus, streamlining of staff with restructuring, improving the quality of the staff and civil servants; ensuring smooth, effective and efficient operations, at the same time, promoting the proactive role of units in promoting cultural industry and heritage economy.
