National Assembly deputies listen to and address the requests of voters in Dam Rong 1 commune.

On the morning of December 17th, delegates Lam Van Doan, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Social Affairs, and K' Nhieu, Vice Chairman of the Hoa Ninh Commune People's Council and member of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, met with voters in Dam Rong 1 commune to report on the results of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Also attending the voter outreach meeting were Mr. K' Mák, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, leaders of provincial departments and agencies, Dam Rong 1 commune, and nearly 100 voters in the area.

At the conference, delegates and voters watched a video clip on the results of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies during the session. After 40 days of continuous, urgent, and serious work, with a scientific , innovative, and highly responsible spirit, the 10th Session was successfully concluded, completing all the planned content and programs.

The delegation of National Assembly deputies from the province presented gifts to 25 disadvantaged students in Dam Rong 1 commune.

The National Assembly reviewed and passed 51 laws and 8 normative resolutions; conducted a review of the work of state agencies during the 2021-2026 term; and comprehensively considered and decided on issues in various fields and many other important matters.

At the conference, delegate K' Nhiễu reported to the voters of Đam Rông 1 commune on the results of reviewing and responding to the voters' petitions submitted before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Mr. K' Nhiễu reported on the progress in addressing the petitions raised by voters at the pre-session consultation meeting.

At the conference, voters in Dam Rong 1 commune suggested that while the commune is currently responsible for issuing new land use right certificates, there are no officials to survey the current land status when people need it. Voters requested that the province assign surveying officials to the commune level to perform this task when people require it.

Voters also questioned whether part-time officials performing duties at the commune level after May 31, 2026, would continue to receive the same benefits and policies as currently in effect. The National Assembly and the Government are considering expanding the scope of health insurance coverage to include members of veterans' associations.

Voters in the Păng Sim village area stated that the electricity poles in the village were installed many years ago and are short, posing a potential danger to residents. Therefore, voters requested that the electricity sector invest in replacing the wires and poles in this area to ensure the safety of the people.

During the meeting with constituents, relevant issues were discussed and clarified by representatives of various departments and agencies. Regarding recommendations that fall outside the local authority's purview, Representative Lam Van Doan fully acknowledged and recorded them for compilation and further submission to higher authorities for consideration and resolution in the future.
