The project, spanning nearly 650 hectares in Tuyen Quang, is positioned as a high-end resort and wellness complex, utilizing hot springs that meet Japanese Onsen standards.

On December 17, 2025, Vingroup officially commenced construction of the My Lam Resort Urban Complex and Sports Complex - Golf Course project in My Lam Ward, Tuyen Quang Province. Spanning nearly 650 hectares, the project is positioned as a high-end living, resort, and healthcare destination, aiming to set new standards for quality of life and entertainment experiences.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh emphasized that these are the largest-scale projects the province has ever undertaken. Upon completion, the complex will harmoniously combine urban functions, healthcare, and sports, leveraging Tuyen Quang's unique advantages in the northern midland and mountainous region.

Strategic location and connectivity infrastructure

The project complex is located adjacent to the center of Tuyen Quang province, with convenient connections to major transportation routes such as National Highway 2 and National Highway 37. In particular, this location directly benefits from the Hanoi-Tuyen Quang and Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang expressways, creating favorable conditions for the development of resort tourism and strengthening economic linkages in the Northeast region.

Highlights from hot spring resources

The project's uniqueness stems from its exploitation of the natural hot spring resources of My Lam, one of the rare mineral deposits certified to meet Japanese Onsen standards. This factor, combined with the existing mountainous and riverine ecosystem, provides the foundation for developing a hot spring resort urban model according to international standards.

Detailed planning and outstanding amenities

The total project area is nearly 650 hectares , of which the residential and resort urban area occupies approximately 540 hectares, and the remaining 109 hectares are dedicated to a sports complex and golf course. The My Lam resort urban area is planned according to the "hot spring resort city" model, with villas designed to have hot spring water directly supplied to each unit.

Adjacent to the urban area is the My Lam Sports Complex and Golf Course, featuring an 18-hole international standard golf course. The entire complex is also located next to the existing My Lam Hot Spring Tourist Area, currently being developed by Vingroup, which includes integrated amenities such as:

• An Onsen hotel and hot spring bath complex modeled after Japanese design.
• VinWonders amusement park has a Japanese theme.
• The J-Town commercial axis features a Japanese old town style.
• Vin New Horizon Nursing Home and Vinmec Geriatric Hospital.
