After the gas station attendant finished pumping gas, the customer requested to pay by bank transfer. However, the gas station attendant refused to accept payment by bank transfer.

Mr. Tran Huu Minh Tung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Thanh Ward, Lam Dong Province, said that after assessing the situation, on the morning of December 17th, the People's Committee of Tien Thanh Ward, including representatives from the Department of Culture and Social Affairs and the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Development, worked directly with the owner of the Tien Thanh gas station, Mr. Do Khac Trung.
During the meeting, the gas station owner confirmed that the video clip was filmed at their station. The station has long instructed its employees to accept both cash and bank transfers. However, due to shortcomings in management, the employee behaved disrespectfully towards the customer, leading to the negative reaction on social media.

The shop owner acknowledged the oversight and held a meeting with all staff to reiterate the procedures for accepting both cash and bank transfers from customers. The employees directly involved in the incident have been dismissed.
