Hung Yen Volunteer Team supports nearly 74 million VND for female student in traffic accident

On the afternoon of October 29, Hung Yen Volunteer Team visited and donated nearly 74 million VND to support Nguyen Thi Thuy Dung (born in 2008), a student of class 11A1 at Tran Quoc Tuan High School, residing in A Sao commune. Currently, Dung is being treated at Hung Yen Rehabilitation Hospital.

In mid-June 2025, Dung unfortunately had a serious traffic accident, suffered a traumatic brain injury, a broken shoulder blade, kidney failure, blood infection, severe pneumonia... and had to undergo many consecutive surgeries. While she was still being treated, her father suddenly passed away from a stroke, leaving the family in a state of poverty. Dung's treatment costs have so far exceeded 500 million VND, most of which was borrowed.
