
Over the past 24 hours, Quang Ngai province continued to have moderate to heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain. Some stations recorded high rainfall such as Ly Son special zone 197.4mm, Binh Dong (Tra Bong commune) 184mm, Chau O (Binh Son commune) 164.8mm.
According to the Quang Ngai Province Hydrometeorological Station, from November 3 to 5, the Eastern region and Ly Son special zone will continue to have rain, moderate rain, some places will have heavy rain and thunderstorms, total rainfall is generally 50-100mm, some places over 200mm. Duc Pho, Mo Duc, Son Tay, Ba To areas are likely to have rain of 50-120mm. It is forecasted that from the night of November 5 to November 7, the province may experience a large-scale heavy rain.
In the Quang Ngai sea area, including Ly Son special zone, during the day and night of November 3, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, East to Southeast winds at level 4-5, gusts at level 6, waves 1.5-2.5m high, and slightly rough seas. From the afternoon of November 4, the wind will shift to North to Northwest, gusts at level 6-7, warning of natural disaster risk level 2.
All vessels operating in the province's waters are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes, lightning, strong winds and large waves.
