The Department of Construction submitted to the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province for consideration and proposed that the two localities prioritize investment in 9 important connection locations in the immediate future.
To date, there are 2 completed connection points: Route DT.826E (Tay Ninh) connecting with Long Hau Street (HCMC) and Route DT.824 (Tay Ninh) connecting with Nguyen Van Bua Street (HCMC).
The operation of these two routes contributes significantly to reducing traffic volume, shortening travel time between the two localities and facilitating trade of goods.
Based on the actual situation, the Department of Construction submitted to the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province for consideration and proposed that the two localities prioritize investment in 9 important connection locations in the immediate future.
Specifically: Newly opened Northwest Road and DT.823D; extended Vo Van Kiet Road and Duc Hoa Dynamic Axis; National Highway 50; National Highway 50B; Le Van Luong Road and DT.826C; Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway; DT.6 - DT.15 (along Saigon River) and DT.789; Binh Duong - Tay Ninh Dynamic Axis (Bau Bang - Moc Bai); connecting road and bridge No. 1 (National Highway 56B).
Early investment in connecting routes not only increases the capacity to exploit existing infrastructure systems, but also opens up new development space, creating momentum for logistics, industry, services and urban areas.
At the same time, these projects are important in reducing traffic pressure at the gateway area of Ho Chi Minh City, promoting investment attraction, developing border trade economy and improving people's lives./.
