The City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department issues decisions on early retirement and resignation to officials and employees.

On August 29, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee on personnel work. Comrade Le Van Dien, member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee, chaired the conference. Also attending were comrades leading the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee.

Comrade Le Van Dien, member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, presented decisions to comrades who retired early and resigned.

At the conference, the decisions on early retirement for civil servants and employees were announced, including: Nguyen Le Quoc Khai, Specialist of Information and Synthesis Department; Ly Quoc Tuan, Specialist of Mass Organizations and Associations Department; Nguyen Thi An Dao, Specialist of Propaganda, Press and Publishing Department; Tran Le Phuong Vu, Driver.
Announcement of the decision to terminate the employment of civil servants and employees, including comrades: Nguyen Van Ut, Former Chief of Office, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee (old); Huynh Kieu Diem, Former Head of Political Theory and Party History Department; Nguyen Thanh Phong, Deputy Head of Science, Culture and Arts Department; Ngo Phuong Thao, Office Specialist; Nguyen Quoc Thanh, Driver.

Comrades who retire early and quit their jobs from August 30, 2025; the regime and policies are resolved according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government .

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Van Dien, member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the officials and employees of the agency receiving the decision this time during their work, thereby contributing to the development of the agency and the city. At the same time, he hoped that after retirement, the comrades would continue to promote their knowledge and experience, demonstrate the exemplary role of a Party member, and contribute to the locality, as well as the city's development in the new period.
