With a large population of 116,648 people, Tuong Mai ward has planned to pay in 2 phases: Phase 1: August 31, 2025: with 1 shift: From 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. September 1, 2025: with 3 shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Evening. Phase 2: From September 3, 2025 to September 14, 2025: with 2 shifts Morning and Afternoon.

The locations chosen by Vinh Hung ward are spacious and reasonably arranged, so there is no overload at the payment points.

With 10 payment points at spacious, convenient locations such as the old Minh Khai Ward People's Committee Headquarters, the Ward Military Headquarters, the Cultural, Sports and Tourism Center... the ward arranges 1 ward leader to directly command, 01 Team Leader and members, including: local police, youth union members, department officers and residential group officers.
