4 museums open free of charge to serve tourists coming to Hanoi on National Day

Ho Chi Minh MuseumLocated behind the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the museum is home to a massive archive of documents about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh. When coming here, visitors can learn deeply about the life of the father of the nation - who devoted his entire life to the revolutionary cause of the Vietnamese people and people around the world . On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, the Ho Chi Minh Museum is exhibiting the theme of Independence Autumn and displaying the oil painting Independence Spring in the museum's outdoor space. For three days from September 1 to September 3, the museum is open to visitors free of charge.

Vietnam Military History Museum - where many valuable artifacts are kept in the cause of national liberation struggle.

The Vietnam Military History Museum is located next to Thang Long Boulevard. The museum will open to visitors from November 2024. The museum is preserving and displaying more than 150,000 artifacts. On the occasion of September 2, the museum will open free of charge from August 30 to September 2 to serve the public, domestic and foreign visitors to learn about the tradition of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people.

Vietnam National Museum of History

Located in the heart of the city, the Vietnam National Museum of History is one of the largest and most important museums in the country. It preserves and displays hundreds of thousands of rare artifacts, fully reflecting the history of the nation from prehistoric times to the present. The museum is open free of charge from September 1 to September 3.

Many exciting activities are held at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism on the occasion of National Day.

The Vietnam Fine Arts Museum is home to a rich collection of thousands of representative works of art from prehistoric to modern times, including: lacquer paintings, oil paintings, sculptures, ceramics and folk art. On this occasion, the museum organizes the exhibition Children of the Fatherland and the exhibition Artificial Intelligence in Applied Arts. Free admission from September 1 to September 3.
