Techcombank gives 100,000 VND to new customers, linking VNeID accounts on National Day

Notably, each customer who opens an account for the first time and links VNeID at Techcombank will receive an additional VND 100,000 in cash. The implementation responds to the Government's policy, contributing to spreading joy on the occasion of National Day, September 2.

Techcombank connects VNeID, accompanies the Government

According to Techcombank representative, the addition of the new feature is considered timely, in the context that the Government leaders issued Official Dispatch No. 149/CD-TTg dated August 28, 2025 on organizing activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. In which, the Government leaders requested the State Bank of Vietnam to direct the banking system to ensure smooth payment and cash circulation, serving the gift-giving program for the people, leaving no one behind.

According to the bank representative, the entire process of linking VNeID with Techcombank is designed to be simple and quick right on the phone. Thanks to advanced biometric authentication technology combined with Techcombank Mobile, users are guaranteed absolute safety. Payments, including 2025 Independence Day gifts and future social security benefits, will be transferred directly to the correct recipient after the connection request is approved.

The application of this digital solution helps eliminate geographical barriers and complicated administrative procedures, people do not need to go to bank branches or traditional transaction points. Thanks to that, the payment process not only saves time but also minimizes risks related to cash transactions.

Simple connection, double happiness - Techcombank gives 10 billion VND to customers

To use this feature, customers who already have a Techcombank account and a level 2 electronic identification account on VNeID only need to perform three simple steps right on their phone. If they do not have a Techcombank account, users can download Techcombank Mobile from the App Store or CH Play, select "I am a new customer" and open an account within three minutes.

In particular, to accompany the Government on the occasion of National Day September 2, Techcombank donated 10 billion VND for customers to open new accounts and link VNeID.

Specifically, from August 31 to September 25, 2025, when customers open a new account and set up a Techcombank account as a social security account via VNeID, in addition to VND 100,000 from the Government, each customer will receive an additional VND 100,000 in cash from Techcombank. This amount will be added directly to the account within 3 working days from the end of the program.

In addition, Techcombank also gives up to 200,000 VND when customers explore the utilities on Techcombank Mobile to save more on daily spending.
