Accordingly, to continue effectively implementing the 2-level local government model, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requests the Provincial Party Committee, provincial departments, branches, and sectors, local Party committees and authorities to continue to lead, direct, and organize the implementation of a number of contents.

In particular, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to carefully review which agencies, units and localities have surplus or shortage of cadres and civil servants, and have not ensured job positions, especially professional and technical civil servants, and have a report proposing specific solutions for arrangement, transfer and recruitment to ensure the right professional and technical qualifications to meet job positions.

The Provincial People's Committee works directly with communes and wards that have reported difficulties in facilities and working offices to propose solutions.

Urgently develop a project to arrange public assets and public land. Direct the Department of Finance and the Department of Construction to study 4 headquarters (Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee of Tra Vinh, former Ben Tre ) to advise the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to arrange for departments, branches and sectors to ensure compliance with functions, tasks and working conditions, so as not to cause waste and deterioration of works.

Urgently direct the review and development of a plan to arrange public assets, including public land after merging administrative units at commune and provincial levels and ending district-level activities, report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, ensuring strict and effective management and use of public assets and public land, avoiding waste and negativity.

At the same time, focus on directing the drastic implementation of socio-economic development targets and tasks in 2025; speed up the progress of deploying and implementing investment projects, works, site clearance, construction and disbursement of public investment capital.

Implementing the conclusion of the Standing Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the provincial departments, branches, sectors and relevant units to continue to organize and implement the contents well.
