Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tri Phuoc - Deputy Political Commissar of the Regiment in charge of the unit implementing the work, shared: “This is one of the practical activities demonstrating the sentiments and responsibilities of the officers and soldiers of Regiment 5 towards the cause of educating people.
