Present to the Prime Minister to award the Labor Medal to the Pencak Silat athletes and coaches with outstanding achievements.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy signed Document No. 438/TTr-BVHTTDL to the Prime Minister on awarding the Labor Medal to athletes and coaches with outstanding achievements at the 2025 Asian Pencak Silat Championship.

Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 15, 2022; Pursuant to Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2025/ND-CP dated February 28, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Pursuant to the provisions of Point b, Clause 1, Article 43; Point d, Clause 1, Article 44 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and Clause 2, Article 20; Clause 2, Article 21 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP of the Government, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism respectfully submits to the Prime Minister for consideration and submission to the President for awarding: Second-class Labor Medal to 17 athletes and 09 coaches; Third-class Labor Medal to 06 athletes and 01 coach who have achieved outstanding results at the 2025 Asian Pencak Silat Championship.

The above commendation proposals have been reviewed and assessed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure compliance with regulations on subjects, standards, documents and procedures according to current regulations.
