ACB informs about inspection conclusions related to bond issuance activities

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) officially informs about some contents stated in the inspection conclusion of the authorities, and at the same time affirms its commitment to protect the interests of shareholders, investors and customers.

According to the conclusion of the Government Inspectorate , the two bonds issued by ACB on December 19, 2018 and December 6, 2019 were intended for medium and long-term lending as stated in the issuance plan. However, during the inspection, due to the fact that the reported data at some points in time did not match and included short-term loans, a request arose to review and correct according to the regulations of the inspection agency.
ACB has completed all remedial work and submitted a remedial report on September 24, 2025, as required by the authorities.
