The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism introduced 18 ethnic minority students with outstanding achievements in the 2024-2025 school year.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Official Dispatch No. 6531/BVHTTDL-KHCNĐTMT to the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions in response to the recommendation of outstanding ethnic minority students in the 2024-2025 school year.

The document stated, responding to Official Dispatch No. 2676/BDTTG-VNN dated November 13, 2025 of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on reviewing and introducing ethnic minority students with outstanding achievements in the 2024-2025 school year.

Pursuant to the content of the Regulations on criteria for selecting ethnic minority students with achievements stated in Official Dispatch No. 2676/BDTTGVNN. After reviewing the training institutions under the Ministry for the 2024-2025 school year, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has 18 ethnic minority students in the above categories, including 17 talented young athletes and 1 choreographer. These are all prospects who have won achievements in domestic and international competitions.

On November 13, 2025, the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions issued Official Dispatch No. 2676/BDTTG-VNN to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism dated November 13, 2025 on introducing outstanding and outstanding ethnic minority students in the 2024-2025 school year. In recent years, the Organizing Committee of the Ceremony to Commend Outstanding and Outstanding Ethnic Minority Students and Youth has received the attention and cooperation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the coordination of selecting ethnic minority students with outstanding and outstanding achievements in the fields of culture, arts and sports.

The Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions would like to thank the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for its attention and coordination with the Organizing Committee, contributing to the success of the Commendation Ceremony.

In 2025, the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions will preside over and coordinate with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Ministry of Education and Training and relevant ministries and branches to organize the Commendation Ceremony for outstanding and exemplary ethnic minority students and youth.

To encourage and motivate ethnic minority students to overcome difficulties, strive to excel in their studies, and achieve excellent results in their studies and training; the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions respectfully requests the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to review and make a list of ethnic minority students who have achieved results according to the criteria in the third content, Point a, Clause 2, Article 3 of the Regulations on selecting outstanding and exemplary ethnic minority students and youth in 2025: "Winning First, Second, Third Prizes (or Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals) in art competitions (singing, dancing, music, painting) and national sports competitions. First, Second, Third Prizes (or Gold, Silver, Bronze Medals) in art competitions (singing, dancing, music, painting) and sports competitions in Southeast Asia, Asia and internationally" for the Organizing Committee to select, consider and commend.
