Pursuant to the Official Dispatch on appointing members to participate in the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025 at the Village of Culture and Tourism of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups, Dong Mo, Hanoi of agencies and units; At the request of the Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to establish the Organizing Committee of the "2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025 at the Village of Culture and Tourism of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups, Dong Mo, Hanoi".

Accordingly, the Organizing Committee of the "2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025 at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, Dong Mo, Hanoi" includes: Ms. Trinh Thi Thuy, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Head of the Committee; Mr. Trinh Ngoc Chung, Director of the Department of Culture of Vietnam Ethnic Groups, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as Deputy Head of the Committee along with other members.
The Organizing Committee of the Festival is responsible for developing and implementing the Plan to organize the "2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025 at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, Dong Mo, Hanoi "; The Head of the Organizing Committee is responsible for organizing and managing the general activities of the Organizing Committee and assigning tasks to members of the Organizing Committee; Members of the Organizing Committee are responsible for performing assigned tasks and coordinating to successfully complete the Festival Organization Plan.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Organizing Committee of "The 2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival, 2025 at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, Dong Mo, Hanoi" dissolves itself after completing its tasks.
The Chief of Office of the Ministry, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups, Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, Directors of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and cities participating in the Festival and the gentlemen and ladies named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
