The 2025 Autumn Fair, taking place from October 26 to November 4, is the first national-scale fair directly directed by the Prime Minister .

The fair aims to stimulate consumption, develop the domestic market, and at the same time boost trade promotion activities, promote import and export and international economic integration, creating a strong growth momentum for the country in the era of development.
The highlight of this fair is the combination of trade promotion with tourism and promotion of Vietnamese culture. That helps Vietnam become an attractive destination in the eyes of international tourists, buyers and investors, contributing to enhancing the image and position of Vietnam on the global trade map.
Largest scale, most diverse products
Evaluating the 2025 Autumn Fair, Director of the Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) Vu Ba Phu said: This is not simply a trade fair as we have organized many times, but is truly a trade promotion event on a national scale.
The Organizing Committee has carefully screened and selected more than 2,500 businesses to participate in the fair, including about 100 foreign businesses from many continents. The entire fair will have about 3,000 booths and more than 10,000 products on display and for trade.
In addition to the largest scale and most diverse products ever, the 2025 Autumn Fair also holds many other records, including: "Most modern space" - Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), the largest project in Southeast Asia and Top 10 in the world; "highest quality" when all displayed products meet technical standards, export certification, or are in the "Vietnam National Brand" and "High-quality Vietnamese Goods" programs; best incentives because the fair will bring many attractive promotions up to 100%, millions of discount vouchers.
In addition, according to Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair, it is necessary to add another "best" which is "the most urgent preparation time".
In just over ten days after the Prime Minister issued the Directive, the entire system of agencies from the central to local levels, along with businesses and organizing units, made rapid efforts, working day and night to complete the preparation work.
Currently, the Fair has had the participation of 34 provinces and cities with thousands of enterprises, cooperatives and large corporations of Vietnam, and at the same time attracted a large number of international partners and enterprises to exhibit, trade and seek cooperation opportunities.
As the “host” locality where the fair takes place, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Anh Duong said: Regarding the organization, Hanoi has completed plans to ensure security, order, environmental sanitation as well as support services for people and businesses. On the other hand, the city also directly participates in the Fair with the theme “Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn” - a display space with the main yellow color of Hanoi autumn, recalling the image of rice trees, yellow chrysanthemums, sunny streets, etc.
There will be a variety of Hanoi’s typical products on display, from handicrafts, OCOP products, traditional craft village products to high-tech products. Many products will be introduced for the first time at this fair.
Bringing culture into economic space
Not only stopping at trade, the 2025 Autumn Fair also has the mission of bringing culture into the economic space, affirming Vietnamese creativity and identity in the flow of globalization.
Accordingly, along with trade connection conferences, trade promotion forums, business talk shows, etc., there will also be a series of cultural and artistic activities, cinema, fashion shows, sports, game competitions, and unique cuisine.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong said: The Ministry is assigned the task of organizing a series of regular cultural and artistic activities, turning the fair into a real festival for the people, businesses, trade and connecting people with the market and goods.
In addition to shopping, people coming to the fair can also enjoy many unique cultural and artistic products, the quintessence of Vietnamese culture, introduced in the form of both physical goods and cultural services.
The participation of Vietnamese cultural industries in this fair is very important, contributing to promoting the values and quintessence of Vietnamese culture to domestic and foreign markets; thereby, enhancing creativity to serve development as well as promoting investment in the cultural industry market.
According to the Organizing Committee's forecast, during the entire duration of the fair, it will welcome an average of 500,000 visitors per day, demonstrating the strong attraction of an event of national and regional stature.
In addition, the successful organization of the Autumn Fair 2025 will create a foundation for the formation of an annual four-season fair chain "Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter", becoming an important destination for trade promotion, investment and development of Vietnam's cultural industry, aiming to reach international level.
Director Vu Ba Phu shared: This is an activity expected to become a regular and continuous trade promotion event, a national highlight and in the future will become an annual meeting place for investors, exporters and importers around the world.
Not stopping there, after the fair ends, implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to learn from experience, improve organizational efficiency, and deploy more specialized fairs in each specialized field such as agricultural products, supporting industries, food - beverages, consumer goods, etc., creating opportunities for businesses to access multi-layered and more sustainable markets.
