Teacher Nguyen Ngoc Bich Thu (27 years old), who teaches Physics at Buon Ho High School ( Dak Lak ), has created a special way to return test scores: covering the scores with stickers, students who want to know their scores have to scratch them off themselves.
The idea was inspired by phone scratch cards and the “scratch and win” game, creating a feeling of both suspense and excitement. Students said this way of answering questions helped them reduce pressure and become eager to guess their scores.
The video recording this form of marking quickly attracted attention on Tiktok, reaching 11 million views after only 4 days of posting.

Not only does this way of answering questions from Ms. Bich Thu bring joy after stressful Physics lessons, it also "cures" students' shyness and lack of confidence when seeing their low scores.
She shared that many students feel pressured when teachers publicly announce their scores in front of the class. In some cases, they even skip tests and do not check for mistakes, leading to a lack of understanding and a decline in their studies.

Bich Thu said she also had an invisible fear of teachers. Therefore, since standing on the podium, she chose to understand and be close to students to erase this distance.
"I often chat and play with students, to a certain extent. I am very grateful to the students for trusting me, sharing their feelings and consulting my opinions. As an instructor, I always try to give positive, multi-dimensional thoughts."
