Present to the Prime Minister to award the Third Class Labor Medal to athletes and coaches of the National Sports Dance Team

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy signed Document No. 437/TTr-BVHTTDL to the Prime Minister on awarding the Third Class Labor Medal to athletes and coaches with outstanding achievements at the Asian Dancesport Championship and Southeast Asian Championship in 2025.

Athlete couple Nguyen Doan Minh Truong (Phan Hien) and Dang Thu Huong won 3 Gold Medals with Paso Doble, Jive and Latin American dances.

Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 15, 2022; Pursuant to Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2025/ND-CP dated February 28, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Pursuant to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 44 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and Clause 2, Article 21 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP of the Government, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism respectfully submits to the Prime Minister for consideration and submission to the President for awarding: Third-class Labor Medal to 02 athletes and 01 coach, who have achieved outstanding achievements at the Asian Dancesport Championship and Southeast Asian Championship in 2025.

The athletes and coaches receiving the above honor include: Athlete Nguyen Doan Minh Truong, National Dancesport Team; Athlete Dang Thu Huong, National Dancesport Team. Both had excellent performance, winning the Asian Silver Medal at the Asian Dancesport Championship and the Southeast Asian Championship in 2025 held in Vietnam.

And Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh, Head Coach of the National Dancesport Team, has had excellent achievements in training and directing athletes to compete, winning the Asian Silver Medal at the Asian Dancesport Championship and the Southeast Asian Championship in 2025 held in Vietnam./.
