The parade carrying the royal decree of National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc departed from Lac Hong Park and headed to Nguyen Trung Truc Monument Park.

From early morning, the parade gathered at Lac Hong Park and departed to carry the god's edict to Nguyen Trung Truc Monument Park to hold an incense offering ceremony.

A large number of people and tourists from near and far participated in the parade on a route of more than 2km. The parade was arranged in order from the car teams to the lion teams, the national flag procession, the car carrying the spirit of Mr. Nguyen, the pilgrimage groups, the ceremonial drum and trumpet teams and the people from all walks of life...

Lion and dragon dance teams performed on the parade route, creating a jubilant atmosphere on the opening day of the festival.

The procession carries many large and festive flags along with many sacrificial vessels made of flowers, fruits, cakes of many shapes, brilliant colors, and sophisticatedly created by artisans with many symbols, such as: the red fire of Nhat Tao, a pair of dragons and phoenixes playing with each other, the symbol of the four seasons...

The spirit tablet of National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc was solemnly placed on a float with 17 soldiers wearing uniforms of that time, 4 men in ceremonial costumes and a group of young women holding silk strings walking on both sides of the float, recreating the scene of the heroic past, bringing historical and aesthetic significance, creating an impression for the participants. The procession was long, orderly, majestic, colorful, and the parade was slow, reflecting the grandeur of the victory celebration.

The majestic sound of the festival drums signaled the sacred moment of the incense offering ceremony for National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc.

The procession of the god's decree is one of the important rituals and has the participation of many people to honor Mr. Nguyen.
