The project to repair and upgrade the road to Hai Lang Kindergarten and Truong Tien school (Hai Lang Primary School) is one of seven projects invested by Hai Lang commune in 2025 to improve the appearance of the central area of the commune, facilitating the travel of people and students to these two schools. This is a project invested from the commune's regular budget this year, with a total investment of over 2 billion VND, constructed by the Construction Company. Hung Hao Commercial Construction.
Mr. Pham Van Tap, Director of Hung Hao Commercial Construction Company, said: To implement the project of repairing and upgrading the road to Hai Lang Kindergarten and Truong Tien school (Hai Lang Primary School), the contractor has arranged human resources and equipment to take advantage of favorable weather conditions this season to work in 3 shifts, aiming to hand over as planned within 30 days. On December 6, the unit will hand over the project to the investor, Hai Lang Commune People's Committee, to put into use.
Mr. Ly Van Hung (Truong Tien village, Hai Lang commune) excitedly shared: Before, the old road in my village was small and narrow. Thanks to the attention and allocation of resources by the local authorities to upgrade and repair the road, the sidewalks are now much cleaner and tidier. Not only is it convenient for teachers and students to go to school, but it is also convenient for us parents to pick up our children, ensuring traffic safety and better order.
According to the list of projects using commune budget capital from the regular expenditure balance, in 2025, Hai Lang commune prioritizes investment in 7 projects with a total cost of 16 billion VND to upgrade key roads in the area, repair water supply canals in Ha Dong Bac and Ha Dong Nam villages and lighting systems in residential areas. To ensure the construction progress of the projects, Hai Lang Commune People's Committee has directed contractors to focus on human resources, speed up construction progress, complete and put the projects into use this year.
With a total capital of 16 billion VND to upgrade and repair 7 project works in the commune, it partly affirms the capacity of the new government in performing new tasks for the commune level. This is an important premise for the commune to implement public investment projects in the period 2026-2030 and the following periods.
In addition to focusing on investing in projects from the commune budget, Hai Lang commune has listed 14 investment projects from the 30 billion capital allocated by the province in 2025 and is preparing investment procedures in accordance with the process to start construction to renovate and improve the quality of existing urban areas and residential areas, while ensuring that each village and area has a playground and outdoor community space.
