Business dialogue in industrial parks of Khanh Hoa province in 2025

On the afternoon of December 5, in Ninh Chu ward, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Khanh Hoa province organized a dialogue conference with investment, production and business enterprises in industrial parks: Thanh Hai, Phuoc Nam and Du Long in 2025.

Leaders of Khanh Hoa Province Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board delivered opening speeches at the conference.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the new points of Decree No. 239, dated September 3, 2025 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 31, dated March 26, 2021 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law, especially the regulation on shortening the time for handling administrative procedures compared to the old regulations. Enterprises and investors reflected and recommended a number of issues such as: Difficulties and obstacles in accepting works and granting certificates of assets on land, appraising dossiers for increasing production capacity, environmental licenses, fire prevention and fighting licenses; the traffic system, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment at Thanh Hai Industrial Park are degraded and need investment to upgrade; sudden power outages still occur... Some enterprises proposed to be able to rent industrial park land with one-time payment; recommendations to strengthen security and order in industrial parks...

The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Khanh Hoa province and related departments and branches have discussed and answered opinions and recommendations of enterprises and investors under their authority; at the same time, they have compiled reports to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution of issues beyond their authority.
