Tay Ninh calls for investment in 7 social housing projects

Construction of social housing project in My Hanh commune, Tay Ninh province

7 projects include: Concentrated social housing area in Long An ward, area 30ha; Social housing project in Thanh Loi commune, area 10ha; Social housing project in Luong Hoa commune, area 10ha; Concentrated social housing project in Duc Lap commune, area 28ha; Social housing project in My Hanh commune, area 8.1ha; 2 social housing projects in Can Giuoc commune, area 7.45ha and 3.8ha respectively.

Thus, the total area of 7 projects is nearly 98 hectares, providing about 24,400 apartments in the coming time.

Project implementation time is from 3 to 5 years from the date the province approves the investment policy and assigns the investor to implement.

These projects will be supported with 100% of compensation and site clearance costs, and will conduct bidding to select investors according to Resolution No. 15/2024/NQ-HDND of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council.

The Department of Construction of Tay Ninh province is assigned to receive documents, appraise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the investment policy, and at the same time closely coordinate with relevant departments and branches to ensure implementation progress.

Currently, Tay Ninh province has completed 13 social housing projects for workers and low-income people with a construction scale of 4,358 units (of which, Long An province previously completed 7 projects with 1,958 units; Tay Ninh province previously completed 6 projects, 2,400 units).
