From the national concert at My Dinh Stadium with more than 50,000 spectators singing in proud harmony, the film “Fatherland in the Heart” recreates that explosive energy through modern cinematic language, multi-dimensional surround sound, honoring Vietnamese cultural identity and solidarity.
“The Fatherland in My Heart: The Concert Film” is a concert film directed by Nhan Dan Newspaper, co-produced with Sun Bright, officially premiering nationwide at CGV cinemas from October 17.
Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association , affirmed that this is not only a concert film, but also a profound gratitude to the Fatherland and the sacred values of the nation.
“With a ticket price of only 65,000 VND and all profits going to support people in flood-hit areas, the film has a profound humanitarian meaning. Nhan Dan Newspaper and the organizers hope that many audiences will come to the cinema from October 17, wearing red flags with yellow stars, covering the cinemas in red and igniting the flame of patriotism in each of our hearts,” said Mr. Le Quoc Minh.
This is a strategic cultural product of Nhan Dan Newspaper, both affirming the strong vitality of the "national concert" and transforming community emotions into a meticulously crafted cinematic experience, contributing to spreading the strength of Vietnamese culture and building the national brand in the integration period.
The film is elaborately staged, reconstructing the most precious moments of the show, using modern cinematic language, advanced recording technology and international standard surround sound system.
Theatergoers will be immersed in a “concert in the cinema”, through the big screen, the work retains the explosive energy of the live stage, while promoting the emotional language of cinema.
The grand scenes recreating My Dinh covered in the brilliant red of national pride are interwoven with close-up shots, capturing the eyes, smiles and emotional moments of the artists and the audience, creating a multi-layered artistic space, both majestic and intimate.
The sound is processed in multi-dimensional surround format, the lyrics are displayed on the screen, encouraging the audience to join in the song during both the majestic and resounding passages and the deep and thoughtful moments.
Artistically, the film presents a multi-colored musical picture, ranging from revolutionary music, lyrical music to contemporary pop music; arranged in a tight cinematic composition to honor Vietnamese cultural identity and the spirit of national unity. The elements of light, color, and camera movement are all intentionally handled to emphasize the message of tradition-aspiration-belief towards the future.
