Investment project name: Doan Ket Lai Chau social housing area

Project implementation location: Doan Ket Ward, Lai Chau Province

Project objective: Gradually concretize the Project "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income earners and industrial park workers in the 2021-2030 period" approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 338/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2023.

Forming new residential areas to meet housing needs for low-income people, enjoying social housing policies according to the provisions of housing law in Lai Chau province.

Building a synchronous social housing area in the adjacent urban area, green landscape and other utilities. Land area scale is about 31,000 m2.

Project scale: Grade II project, complete investment, synchronous technical infrastructure, commercial housing and other projects as follows:

Constructing 3 social housing blocks in the form of apartments with expected targets: Construction height of about 15-20 floors with a total of about 960 apartments; construction area of ​​about 5,200 m2, total construction floor area of ​​77,500 m2

The technical infrastructure system items outside the house, landscape garden within the project are complete and synchronous.

Construction of a 2-storey kindergarten, construction area of ​​about 370m2, total floor area of ​​740 m2.

Arrange a part of the land area within the project scope to serve resettlement for households and individuals whose land is recovered in need, area 880m2.

Population size: The project provides accommodation for about 3,000 people.

Total investment: estimated 905,427,000,000 VND

Investor capital: 220,000,000,000 VND

Other legally mobilized loans: 685,427,000,000 VND

Project duration: 50 years from the date the investor is allocated or leased land. Home buyers with land use rights are entitled to stable land use in accordance with land law.

Project progress and implementation period: 03 years (From 2025-2028)

Basic construction progress and implementation of main operational objectives of the project:

Quarter IV/2025 to Quarter III/2026: Invest in completing construction of technical infrastructure works, public works, and CT1 high-rise apartment building.

Quarter IV/2026 to Quarter IV/2028: Invest in completing construction of high-rise apartment buildings CT2, CT3, and adjacent commercial houses.
