Attending the conference were representatives of the People's Committee of the commune; specialized departments of the commune, school principals, community digital technology teams, secretaries of the village youth union and residential areas in the area.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the content of Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP, dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures (TTHC) under the one-stop mechanism, one-stop connection at the one-stop department and the National Public Service Portal; instructions on submitting public service applications online; skills in using AI to handle daily work; instructions on reviewing poor households, near-poor households, and households with average living standards in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Van Toan - Vice Chairman of Than Uyen Commune People's Committee emphasized: The conference was organized to propagate and guide officials and people to better understand the benefits and how to use online public services; promote the implementation of tasks of Project 06 in accordance with the direction of the Government, the province and the commune; strengthen coordination between levels and sectors in implementing administrative procedure reform, digital transformation in serving the people. Enhance publicity, transparency, promote the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures in the network environment.

He hopes that each cadre, leader of agencies, units, schools, villages, residential areas, union members, youth and people will be an active propagandist, contributing to the effective implementation of Project 06 and administrative reform tasks in the commune.
