Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee provides in-depth professional training on inspection and supervision work

Comrade Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee spoke at the opening ceremony of the Professional Training Course.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony of the Professional Training Course, Comrade Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, stated: After the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, Party committees and organizations at all levels are focusing on implementing the Resolutions set out by the Congress with the highest political determination to successfully implement the resolutions of the Congress; at the same time, ensuring the operation of the 2-level local government model to be truly effective, efficient and efficient. Therefore, the requirements for inspection and supervision work are of special importance. This is also one of the key solutions to improve the capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members. Therefore, regular professional training, improving the qualifications and skills of the team of officials doing inspection work is an urgent requirement, contributing to meeting political tasks in the new situation.

The training course took place over 5 days (from October 8 to 12, 2025) with the participation of 484 trainees working at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Inspection Commissions of Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. In addition, there were more than 3,100 trainees at 102 online learning locations, including standing members of 99 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committee members, Inspection Commissions, officers in charge of inspection work, and Party cells and Party Committees directly under the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee.

During the study and research period, students strictly follow the classroom rules, focus on listening to the lecturers' lectures, actively participate in exchanges and discussions on many situations arising in practical work, thereby equipping them with basic knowledge and specialized professional skills in inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement in the Party; at the same time, consolidating and supplementing new knowledge to perform well the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission , spoke at the closing ceremony.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, requested that after the course, the trainees spend time studying, together with the knowledge and experience acquired through the training course, to advise the Party Committees and Inspection Committees at the same level to continue to innovate inspection and supervision work according to the direction of comrade General Secretary To Lam; linking inspection and supervision work with power control; building an effective monitoring mechanism, capable of early warning and preventing violations right from the grassroots, not allowing small violations to accumulate into serious violations. At the same time, regularly self-study and practice to be confident, courageous, build a team of inspection officers who are "both red and professional", "as bright as a mirror" to contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Central Inspection Commission, presented certificates to the trainees.

At the Closing Ceremony, the Central Inspection Commission granted Certificates of Completion of the Training Course to 478 trainees who met the required standards.
