Accordingly, enterprises investing in particularly difficult areas will enjoy a preferential tax rate of 10% for 15 years, a tax exemption for 4 years and a 50% reduction in tax payable for the next 9 years.

In addition, enterprises are also entitled to land rent exemption during the basic construction period according to projects approved by competent authorities, but not exceeding 3 years from the date of land lease decision and land rent exemption for the next 11 years (after the land rent exemption period of the basic construction period).

Similarly, enterprises investing in difficult areas of the province will also enjoy a preferential tax rate of 20% for 10 years, tax exemption for no more than 2 years and a 50% reduction in tax payable for no more than the next 4 years.

In addition, enterprises investing in difficult areas of the province are also exempted from land rent during the basic construction period according to projects approved by competent authorities, but not exceeding 3 years from the date of the land lease decision, as well as exempted from land rent for the next 7 years (after the land rent exemption period of the basic construction period).

According to the Lam Dong Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, the exemption and reduction of taxes, land rent, water surface rent, land use fees... for enterprises when investing in especially difficult areas and disadvantaged areas of the province is the right step, demonstrating the determination and spirit of accompanying Lam Dong enterprises in promoting socio -economic development in difficult and extremely difficult areas, creating jobs, helping people have more livelihoods to stabilize and develop their material and spiritual lives.
